Here’s exactly how returns and refunds work at Unapologetically Curved®.

Made to Order

Every piece is made to order — created specifically for you the moment you place your order.

This allows us to produce intentionally, reduce waste, and maintain the quality you expect.

Because of this, we do not accept returns for:

·        Change of mind

·        Incorrect size selection

·        Preference changes (including colour or design)

Please check your size and order details carefully before purchasing.

Choose with confidence

We know sizing can feel uncertain — that’s why we’ve created a detailed Size & Fit guide to help you get it right the first time.

If you’re unsure, reach out before ordering — we’re always happy to help you choose confidently.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days from delivery date.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition 
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement email us at curvecare@unapologeticallycurved.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Address

Returns are not sent to a standard address.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions via email.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

International Orders (including US & Canada)

As a made-to-order brand, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right in line with the conditions above.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must meet the return conditions outlined above

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at curvecare@unapologeticallycurved.com
